CHICAGO (August 2021) – Since launching its first ever location in Wicker Park in 2012, Emporium Arcade Bar has become known not only for its vintage arcade games and popular DJ nights, but also for its unparalleled beverage menu. At its Fulton Market location, guests are invited to savor sophisticated, ingredient-driven cocktails as well as fun, boozy slushies. Also featured at all three Chicago locations is a cultivated, ever-evolving list of the area’s best local craft brews as well as an expansive liquor list. Emporium is open daily for guests 21 years or older in Wicker Park (1366 N. Milwaukee Ave.), Logan Square (2363 N. Milwaukee Ave.) and Fulton Market (839 W. Fulton Market).
Featured exclusively on Fulton Market’s brand-new, house-made cocktail menu is Green Eyes, made with Jameson, lemon, baijiu and peach. Also on the menu, Gin Z crafted with Waterloo Gin, King’s Ginger Liqueur, green apple, lime juice and ginger beer; Suzie Q made with El Jimador Reposado Tequila, guava, Suze, lemon, Nixta Licor de Elote and Yuzu Soda; and Kiwi Herman featuring Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose, Green Chartreuse, lemon, Galliano Liqueur, kiwi and mint tea syrup.
Other refreshing cocktails at Fulton Market include Chai Town crafted with chai syrup, passionfruit, Amaro Averna Liqueur, lemon and Hine Cognac; Maized and Confused including Leblon Cachaça, Nixta Licor de Elote, lime and Demerara; and Ur The One made with Uruapan Charanda Rum, pineapple juice, lime and Amontillado Sherry Wine. For a sweet libation offering a smooth velvety texture, Emporium’s Mr. Bond features Evan Williams Bonded, Giffard Vanille de Madagascar, Demerara, chocolate bitters, Angostura Bitters and orange bitters.
To cool off during the warmer summer months, Emporium Fulton Market also offers house-made craft boozy slushies providing a refreshing way to beat the heat. New offerings include Afternoon Delight made with Plantation Pineapple Rum, Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, coconut puree and pineapple juice as well as Sweet Dreams made with Haku Vodka, Peychaud’s Apertivo, mango purée, grapefruit juice and Watermelon Red Bull.
In addition, all three Chicago locations boast an outstanding curated selection of rotating local craft beers on tap, including the hazy and juicy Ninja vs. Unicorn Double IPA by Pipeworks Brewing Company. Also on the menu, the Dovetail Brewery Helles Lager, Empirical Symbiotic Raspberry Lemonade Sour, Off Color Brewing Apex Predator and more.
Guests can also enjoy classic cocktails at all three venues mixed by Emporium’s knowledgeable bar crew from a wide selection of both popular and hard-to-find liquor brands, with emphasis on bourbon/whiskey, tequila and mezcal.
